So do you have big plans for tonight? Parties? Dancing and mayhem? Singing Auld Lang Syne in your pj's?
We are officially old fogies. Fuddy-duddies. Sticks in the mud.
I don't think we've stayed up until midnight since 1999. And that was because I had a 5 day old baby to take care of. Oh, and because the world as we knew it was ending. Remember?
Maybe we have stayed up. I can't recall. See? I'm old.
Ian & Belle are having a sleep-over at Grandma's house. So I'm sure they will be partying wildly.
Which leaves us home with Luke & Shelby. I think Luke will be watching The Dark Knight. Shelby...I'm not sure. I'm pretty sure that they will both stay up until midnight, while Iz & I will be watching the backs of our eyeballs.
Who knows, though. Maybe we'll be all wild and crazy. We do have a movie to watch, after all. And I have some good books to read. Oh, and there's that sparkling grape/apple juice I've been saving. Admit it. You're jealous. I AM the party queen.
And now for some random, end of the year items:
You really must stop by Treasury tomorrow. :) We open at 9 because we're having this honkin' New Year's Day sale. And it's a pretty darn good one.

-Speaking of Project 365...last call to get on board with me. I think all the TOM girls are going to give it a try. One little picture a day...you can do it! What a cool way to document your life.
-While we're on the topic of a picture a day...here's yesterday's:
Isn't she pretty? I'm biased. I know she's (whispering.........large), but I think she's beautiful. And so does she.
See? A picture a day is easy. Large cat in the window sill...December 30...done.
-My toe is much better. I can almost walk without limping. The roast was delicious.
-And an end of the year fantastic deal for you.
York Photo has quite a nice little special going on. 100 4x6 prints at .08/piece and free shipping! You have to hurry though...it ends January 1. Do I sound like Billy Mays? (You know, the Kaboom guy? Plus I think he hawks like 487 other things.) The code is PRINTSHIP100. I ordered 100 prints for $8, and saved $5.89 in shipping. Love. Free. Shipping.
-Have a happy & safe New Year's Eve!
