I visited Ikea this weekend. :)
Oh, Ikea. You're awesome. Plus, going there entitles one to make Swedish jokes and references ALL day long.
I brought home Swedish fish for Shelby. And I was trying to get her to see the importance of them being from Ikea. But all she did was look confused, check the bag, and inform me that they were made in Canada.
Sigh.
Miss Vicki Boutin had the most fabulous thing on her Facebook page.
And I totally copy-catted her and bought one for me.
I don't know what you'd officially call it. (It's Raskog in Swedish.)
I call it Blue Rolly Thing That I Love.
Isn't she cute?! :) The glass bowl on the left is from Ikea too...the polka dot bowl is from Grandiflora in Lynden.
I decided with Valentine's Day coming up...I would fill the top with Valentiney things. And other stuff I like.
:) Love it! Bowls of washi tape make me happy.
I made some more stamps this weekend. I got a new printer (the old HP froze & died...in with the new Epson)...and had to figure out some settings adjustments. But all is good now...and I have these (mostly for Project Life):
Do you know the super sparkly day commercial?
The less than enthused mom is buying a pink princess castle thing for her daughter...and at the check out, the girl tells her to 'have a super sparkly day!'...And the mom just looks like she wants to stick a fork in her eye. And then the castle won't fit in her trunk. love it.
Speaking of commercials...I am going to miss the Super Bowl. Which is ok. I'm more bummed I'm going to miss the commercials. So you'll have to tell me if there's any really good ones. Belle has a soccer game at 3:00 on Super Bowl Sunday.
Really. :(
Ok...off to put Project Life together. Have a super sparkly day! ;)
Luke...better clean your room...dad's coming soon! woohoo!
