Recently I went to the big craft and antique show put on at the Lynden Fairgrounds.
The price to get in went up to $6...and I walked out with nothing. Zip.
So disappointed. Every year I say I'm not going back, and then I do.
But Saturday I went to the craft show at the High School. Wow.
Free to get in...and I think it was the biggest year yet for vendors. They were even in the hallways.
Great job Mr. Sahagian!! I love shopping from and supporting local crafty people! :)
I think it was the year for painted signs...they seem to be all the rage. Oh, and Seahawks stuff. :)
The first booth I hit was the bomb. Like, good bomb.
I started with a dozen Heavenly bars...and then grabbed a second box to put in the freezer.
And these little trees?! First of all...old music paper. Swoon.
And they have little clothes pins at the bottom, so I can clip them right onto my tree.
The Old Gray Mare...She Ain't What She Used to Be...
Sidenote: I got a bunch of stuff put up on my entryway wall. Woohoo!
Also got that cute arrow sign on top. Not where it's going to go...but I wanted to show you the arrow
and my display case, a la Ikea. Isn't it fun? I'm going to put my Dad's WWII hat and medals in there.
Along with Shelby's West Point cover (hat) and bling when she's done with them in 2018.
The helmet at the bottom is from WWI...Ian's grandpa sent that to him. I need to put the knife he sent in there too.
Again...this lady. Her booth was amazing. Thank you Miss Sonja!!!
Michaels has Halloween on clearance tor 80% off. And evidently Kelly Purkey stamps are considered Halloween:
$1.24 each. Woohoo!!
