ONE. Sweet Fancy Moses. Best Meatloaf Ever.
I made this Mozzerella stuffed meatloaf last night, and now I want some for breakfast.
Ummm, yes that's a 9x13 pan. It was a gigantor meat log. For whatever reason I felt the need to double the recipe.
Because one little package of hamburger didn't look like enough. I'm glad I did though. The kids took it to school today,
and I'm bringing my mom some leftovers. One plate of leftovers each for Iz and I, and boom...it's gone.
Bye bye meat log. That's so attractive sounding. Seriously though, it was a brick.
Nope...doesn't look like the picture. Mine never do. But it was YUMMY. And easy.
Definitely making this again.
TWO. I found my dress for the wedding.
You know...the one next month? Where my son is the groom?
That one. Found it by accident and I love it. Huge HUGE thing checked off the list.
Got our plane tickets, hotels and mini van booked. Yep. Mini van.
We'll need it because there's that many of us again. Yay!
THREE. The Christmas tree is up.
And it's a doozy. It's new to us this year... a 12 footer. I got it at Hobby Lobby last year after
Christmas on super sale. It's pre-lit, although when we put it together approximately 26 of the lights worked.
Soooooo, we spent two and a half hours picking and snipping zip tied lights off the tree.
It's hard to see but there's lots of little cardinals in there...
Those are the cool little music paper trees that Sonja made. :)
And a Rocket :)
And our little snowman family...
Love this one. See you soon Shelby!!
