ONE. I missed the Super Moon.
Unless it's still super. It was just too cloudy and rainy and overcast. That's Washington.
Hey wait...it's tonight too, right? Or is tonight just sorta super....
This was posted by a friend on the West Point page. Amazing photographer, Danny Wild took this:
It's the moon over Lusk Reservoir at West Point. The lights from the stadium are illuminating it.
So awesome. :)
TWO. Sooooooo close.
I think we are down to a bird bath and a couple of lights in the garage...and then the old house is EMPTY!!!
Such a good feeling. We had a garage sale Saturday morning. Yes it rained. Poured at times.
It was awesome. Then we bagged/boxed up everything that was left and donated it. More awesome.
And then some great friends came over and helped Iz move the gun safe...and even worse, the piano
out of the basement. Moving a piano up stairs is not awesome. I thought for a moment, my husband
was going to give birth in the stairwell. Congratulations, it's a Baldwin!
THREE. Got Belle some watercolors and brushes.
She was so loving painting with watercolors in art class. I told her I'd like her to paint me a cardinal.
Cardinals make me think of my husband's grandma...such a great lady. And my Dad. He loved to watch
them when we lived in the midwest. I miss them... we don't see them in Washington.
So she whipped up this little baby:
I think I'm going to have some notecards made. Thank you Belle. <3
FOUR. From the craft show in Lynden... (not the High School...the other one, lol)...
The one that was a bust except for this one little thing:
This nice older gentleman makes custom signs out of license plates. He had all kinds on display.
But most had blue and green numbers. I asked him if he could make me a Go Army one with all
black letters, and he did such a great job! :) Thanks Jerry!
FIVE. Mickey, you are just the best.
I know you're on the road to Florida. Ian and I sent you emails to your Minnesota address...but we're
not sure you get them. I got the cow stuff...thank you!
are just da bomb. Thank you!!! :)
Happy Monday! Today I'm waiting for the phone company to come and hook me up with a land line.
We were going to go without, but our cell phones aren't quiiiiiite reliable enough out here.
So Frontier was kind enough to give me a window between 8 and 6.
I don't know...think they can make that 10 hour window???
